Questions
Do we need anyone technical on the team?
No. We work with the people who already do the work. If your team can use email and a spreadsheet, they can use what we set up, and we train them until they're comfortable.
Which AI tools do you use?
Whatever fits the job, starting with what you already pay for. That's often ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Microsoft Copilot, sometimes with an automation tool to connect them to your inbox or spreadsheets. We recommend tools on fit, not commission.
What does it cost?
It depends on the size of your team and how many jobs we take on. The first call is where we work that out, and you'll get a clear quote before any work starts.
What happens to our data?
We work inside your own accounts and set the tools up so your business data isn't used to train AI models. We'll walk you through exactly what goes where before anything is switched on.
How long until we see a difference?
Usually the first jobs are running within the first few weeks. We'd rather get two things working well quickly than plan ten things for months.
What if AI isn't a good fit for us?
Then we'll say so on the first call. Not every job gets better with AI, and we won't sell you a setup you don't need.
